Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

2. All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices (if provided) must be included.

3. The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

2. Products that have been used or altered after delivery.

3. Personalized or customized products.

4. Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the product so we can investigate and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.
